VDI Realty provides an online marketplace where buyers can browse property listings and sellers — including for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) sellers, builders, and agents — can post properties. We also offer listing assistance through our concierge request service, property-management information, and relocation resources.
Posting a basic listing is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; any fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.
When you submit a listing or request our concierge service, you agree that:
We review submissions before publication and may edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion, without notice.
VDI Realty supports equal housing opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. Listings that contain discriminatory language or indicate a discriminatory preference will be rejected or removed.

The Site's design, text, logos, and graphics are owned by VDI Realty or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. By submitting photos or content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Site in connection with your listing.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
Our text-a-ZIP service provides listing matches by SMS. Texting YES opts you in to listing alerts; STOP cancels alerts; START resubscribes. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or real-estate advice; consult a licensed professional for advice about your situation. We do not act as your agent or broker unless you enter a separate written representation agreement with us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VDI Realty and Realty Connect are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on listing information or estimates. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VDI Realty, Realty Connect, and their affiliates from claims arising out of content you submit or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
